Nic Clark has had 16 years hands on experience advising hundreds of small to medium sized businesses throughout Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada and the UK. He has assisted in the completion of over 890 comprehensive business plans covering a broad range of business areas such as Management, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources and Finance.
Nic Clark has owned, operated and sold his own consulting businesses and has worked closely with a variety of firms in different industries. Industries including professional service based organisations such as legal, accounting and architectural firms; the fast food industry, from pizza Franchises, to corner stores and catering firms; distribution and wholesale organisations in electrical and lighting through to household goods; service based industries such as computer software, plumbing etc.
Nic has also been the author of highly leveraged business planning products and programs that deliver high returns for consultants and successful value add for clients. He has worked with both Franchisers and Franchisees directly in the business services field, specifically in the provision of business planning and marketing services and understands the key interrelationship between both and how this impacts on the viability of this Franchise operation.
Nic is regarded as THE expert on white collar, business service Franchise development in the Asia Pacific region. Nic successfully operated as a Director of and led Action International's expansion from the sale of its very first Master Franchise and ongoing Franchise sales; through to the training and development of all Franchisees to increase their results with clients. He went on to the creation of various internal systems and procedures for the successful administration and profitability of the business. Given that experience Nic is fully grounded in what is required to go beyond current standards of market leadership.
Having left Action several years ago to launch, develop and successfully expand and then sell his own business services Franchise brand 'Icon Business Solutions', Nic is a highly appropriate choice for CEO to build on that success with 10X.
